OBJECTIVES 1. The objectives of the company are: to produce, in self-owned plants or owned by third parties, distribute and trade cosmetics,
pharmaceutical items and nutraceutical products, to import, export and trade the above either as finished merchandise or as semi-finished
products or as raw materials, to produce products on behalf of third parties (work on order), to import, export and trade packaging materials and items, of any form, to distribute third party merchandise in general, to found, acquire and operate plants, to produce and trade software, to provide design services and to produce promoting material of any kind and in general
of anything involving graphic applications and marketing, administrative services, accounting
and business organization, to support and sponsor activities related to the corporate objectives,cooperate with any
physical or legal entity in any way, to develop and trade patents, trademarks, licenses, know-how and other intellectual,
commercial and industrial ownership rights, any other commercial activity in Greece and abroad.2. To meet its objectives the company can: acquire, rent, sublease or underlease own or third party real estate property in Greece and
abroad or participate, indirectly or directly, in any type of business having the same or similar
objectives, cultivate and process in its own or third party facilities any kind of plants and produce
vegetable extracts, tinctures, herbs and in general pharmaceutical, phytotherapeutical and
cosmetic preparations. publish any type of leaflets, pursuant to the applicable law. cooperate with any physical or legal entity in any way, found branches or offices in any place of Greece and on abroad act as representative of any Greek or foreign company having the same or similar objectives.
HEADQUARTERS The company headquarters are located in the Municipality of Athens. The company can found branches or agencies or offices to serve its purposes in other cities of Greece following decisions of the Board of Directors that will also determine their scope, responsibilities, jurisdiction and generally their operation as well as the manager’s tasks and responsibilities.
