Investor Relations Department, aiming to the right, equal and transparent information, has undertaken the creation of efficient method of two way communication among the company and its shareholders, the equity analysts, and in general the investment community. Its target is to increase the shareholder’s value through the systematic up date and its contribution to the better understanding of the company and its future development plans. In line of, Investor Relations Department is responsible for the communication strategy with the Greek and Foreign Institutional Community, the Press and the equity analysts. It organizes conference calls for the announcement and the presentation of quarterly results as well as periodic road shows in Greece and abroad in order to present the development strategy of the Group. | Shareholders Services Department ensures the detailed, direct, equal and frequent information of the shareholders, offering all the appropriate clarifications re the exercise of rights stemming from the shareholder’s capacity according to the law and the memorandum of association . | With regards to the Corporate Announcement, the department is responsible for Company’s compliance with the official obligations concerning the publication or the corresponding notification of the inspectional authorities and the communication of the Company with the proper authorities or the media including the submission of all information necessary according to the law and announcements in a way that all the investors will enjoy equal access to the same information. |
