Acquisition of 70% of of Pharmacon Northern Greece SA, the exclusive representative and distributor of the Company’s products to the market of Northern Greece (Macedonia, Thessaly, Epirus and Thrace), achieving direct access to a significant client basis of above 1,700 pharmacies and opportunities of further enhancement of its presence in these areas.
Opening of 11 new Korres stores in Europe in 2008 (Paris in France, in La Chaux de Fonds, in Νeuchatel and in Geneva in Swiss, in Vienna and in Baden in Austria, in Leukosia in Cyprus, in Gijon in Spain, in Edinburgh in Scotland, in Dubai in UAE, in Greece in the new shopping center Golden Hall) and 1 more in US in Brooklyn, reaching 27 stores.
Acquisition of 50% of DISTRICT TWO, the local distributor of Korres in Germany, with the aim the enhancement of the company’s presence in the specific market.

Acquisition of 5,13% of MEDITERRA Α.Ε, the exclusive distributor of Chios Mastiha and the chew gum ELMA PLUS in Greece on behalf of Chios Mastiha Growers Association.
